Still feel crap. Luckily there was an empty row of seats on the plane, so I was able to sleep all the way back. Thought I was going to pass out at the airport. I’m really hoping that I’ll be feeling better by Sunday as we’ve got our street party, which has been arranged for months. We’ll see, I guess.
Thanks for that.I always stay positive about my treatment and of course I hope that any further treatment I receive will do the trick.
I will be willing you on from the sidelines and that your next treatment works well Come on we got this
Booked my ferry, and the first hotel for a 2 week summer European bike trip in June & July, with my two closest buddies, of 38 years friendship.
BBS Eurotracks, a (very) small independent out of Wokingham, near Reading. Been with them for 6 years and it suits us. 40 riders max, 6 hours/day track time. Andy
Feeling stupid this evening. The bank holiday wrecked my weekly routine, so my usual Friday morning trip to the Gym was only my second of the week. Had to mix things up a bit to get to my weekly target whilst being mindful that I'm only recently not suffering from last years Hamstring injury. So was really careful but managed to get to where I wanted to be distance wise with my Cardio, and weight wise on the loose weights. Really pleased with myself at that point, mainly for showing some restraint. Dropped in to Sainsburys on the way home to do the weekly shop and earn some Brownie points with Lady Nasher. Reached round a couple of old biddies in everyone's way chatting to get some Raspberries off the shelf, twisted round and pulled a muscle in my back. So sat with a microwave warmed grain bag on it tonight. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.
