  1. They’re about £90 on the bay of doom? Saw one in a draw that came with a little box of parts when I bought the M900 all those years ago. Might be a different part though as I recall it being an all steel construction.

  5. Checked in with HMRC, who reckon that:
    1) I currently have no income other than my state pension - correct
    2) They reckon that my predicted earnings in this tax year will be £111,000 - er... no!
    3) The phone line is "... unexpectedly busy..." and I'll have to wait about 50 minutes to tell them how shit their systems are!
    Urgh....:tired_face:

  7. Cut the grass, did some weeding, fannied about with some pots, cooked dinner, and did the first pass of packing for my trip to Belgium and Germany this Friday.

    Tomorrow I’ll be washing the bike and going to my solicitors to sign my new will. :)

    Ruswarp to Robin Hoods bay and back, nice little leg stretcher, followed by an absolutely blinding chicken balti and two pints of wife-beater in the pub tonight,…happy days :D :upyeah:

  14. It took me a long time to sort the excessive fuel consumption of my 916sp but its done now. I've not ridden it any distance for a long time.
    Today I decided it could have a proper run. I left home near Bridlington and rode to East Kirby to see "Just Jane"
    Most of my riding has been on a 1098s over the last few years or on occasions my F4
    I can't put into words how much more enjoyable the 916 is
