A nice wander around Cambridge. Caught the bus there from the campsite and back . Dinner outside, the light is fading but still a lovely evening.
I forgot i saw this beautiful 749 in Oxted this morning before my rideout, @RickyX it certainly wasn't you as the guy was wearing shorts and did not have the telegraph pole look.
Also, it’s a common or garden 2005 model with plastic fairings! Still looks pretty though. Never heard my 5’7” frame described as telegraph pole!
Another day, another trip to London for work… unfortunately another suicide on the train line, I think that’s 3 this month on the stretch to London :-( cheeky can to make the trip home a little more pleasant
First day of our long weekend in Dumfries and Galloway and today has been boiling hot ! I’m lashing along the road to St Mary’s Loch and suddenly realised I’m on my own…. Has someone binned it behind me ?? Waited a while then turned around to investigate.. All good (relatively!) just the wee man had got a puncture I always sort these out as I’ve got all the gear and a mini compressor After sweating buckets, job sorted, me nearest tyre… So I bollocked the wee man.. ” Can you not get a puncture somewhere in the shade ffs !!” All good and we cracked on, Moffat was really hot when we went through it..28c!! Never expected temperatures like this today, just a sweaty mess by the time we got to the hotel in Newton Stewart, you could have boiled my undies up and made soup out of them !! ! More good roads and sun tomorrow
My dear boy i was referring to your width as you'd once said that you can still slide into your 20 year plus old leathers.
On the back of the Fireblade? That’s the wee-mans stuff, his blow up doll doesn’t fold up very well when it’s half full !!
Done an oil and filter change on the GSXR750, thought about going out on it, Sod that, far too hot today
Another day of awesome D roads but sadly another day of rediculous temperatures, 38⁰C and very sweaty. Apologies again, no pictures ...... CBA 200+ miles tomorrow but to a hotel that sells itself as a gastronomic experience Andy
