Went out for the evening in Lille. It is the "braderie de Lille"...The flea market of Lille if you like, during the day... But during the evening... I've never seen so many people on the streets having fun... insane... seriously... I'd recon half a million people having a street party...never seen anything like it.
Spent an enjoyable day at the Hinckley Bid car show, took my 996 and the FZR400RR Weather was OK for most of the day, then the rain started at just before 3pm
Charity ride-out today. This is about half way, everyone stopped so we could all catch up - then off again. A few nice Ducatis in the mix
swapped out the HW/CH exchanger on the boiler for one with more rows, a modification i'd been looking forward to doing, with an instant performance improvement and all ready for the winter.

29th wedding anniversary today, so, took The Dragon out for breakfast In about 15 minutes, I will be taking her out for the day, to somewhere that her, and her late mother were always talking of going, but, never got around to it Then, depending on how much money she leaves me, I may possibly take her out for a meal this evening
Got back from our trip late last night. Despite the weather forecast, it poured down as we got off the ferry at Portsmouth and I think for the third trip in a row, they were digging up the M27. Got 10 days worth of dirty washing needing urgent attention this morning Andy
