No. Despite the sales person saying they give close to market value it turned out to be bollocks. I know they have to make a profit when they resell, and she said they were happy to give close to market value as the price difference I would be trading up to was substantial but they were £50k under market value which was taking the piss tbh.
Been and looked at some bathroom suites. Now food shopping. Not sure what delights the rest of the day holds .
Lovely place, if you haven’t been already the open copper mine on the way to Amlwch is worth a visit as is Newbourough forest and beach walks. Makes want to get the camper van out and head over. Have a good break.

We have just come back from the forest and beach walk, no red squirrels though we did see some people cut off by the tide .
Drove down to Bridgend, met up with some mates, drank too much and will be attempting to play golf at Southerndown tomorrow and at Royal Porthcawl on Tuesday.
Yesterday we went looking at more houses. Saw a rather lovely Charles Church House which we both like. Now need to sell mine.
