So what have you done today..?

  1. IMG_2882.jpeg Rode the Elan Valley then across and back along the Devils staircase. Seems like ages since I’ve ridden out somewhere. Only 2 near head on collisions with cars because they hammer round single track blind bends, arseholes :grinning:.

  2. Yeah, bugger. The zone isn't very well signed even for locals. That, along with our bloody £1m/yr council-income 'bus gates' you're a bit buggered as a visitor...

  3. Packed my top case ready for an early start to drop the bike off for trucking to Copenhagen

  6. I got my trust deed to sign. Somehow, I managed to lose £100,000 out of my settlement and it is double-shit as this trust does not avoid me paying any tax - even when I am dead it counts for inheritance tax!

I can't moan (but do) as this was my idea before the wicked judge slung his ore in.

If the TEAMS meeting in August gets me my £25,000 so that I can go to Spain next year and give money to my daughters, then all will be good in my strange world.

To change the subject: in my road of weirdos, there is one who has bought a boat to go fishing on the River Severn. It has a Yamaha outboards engine that does not work. His method of trying to fix it involves running the starter for many minutes and peering at it LOOKING DUMBFOUNDED. Then the battery goes flat and he finally shuts up and goes inside for a rest. How hard can it be? It's a Yamaha outboard engine that is dry (as it has not seen water for months) and has fuel. Actually, maybe it doesn't and that why it won't start! HOW HARD CN IT BE?

He has being doing this for every weekend for months. I would offer to help but I worry that I will just lose my temper - not with the engine, but with dumbo!

  7. Yesterday I decided I would do the Yorkshire 3 peaks today.
