Insurance companies are the work of the devil. I got a letter today from Carole Bash saying my policy was cancelled. No reason but just cancelled. So I phone up and go through the "never heard of you and what the f*ck is your name, you dodgy imposter" shit before finally finding out that it was cancelled because they wanted copies of my driving license, together with the code from the DVLA that allows them to snoop on me. OFF THE SCALE RATING 10 at this point.

They tell me that I was not singled out for punishment, as most of their customers are lying scoundrels, so we just single people out at random for the grill. I do not believe them. If you really think so little of your customers, then it is time to get out of the business. I would not even bother insure a toothbrush with them now.

This was Carole Nash the broker and Carole Nash 2 was really KTM insurance. I thought that I was doing the right thing by insuring a KTM through KTM Insurance, with Carole as the broker. Clearly not.
