A normal precaution when you're on morphine as it deadens digestive function and tends to bung you up. I was given it to take home after a hernia operation. Only needed it for a couple of days and once the morphine was unnecessary so was the lacto.
I too have considered the above model plus another model. I watched Bike World Youtube yesterday with the Scambler version.
