Just ordered a new stainless sieve. Not quite on the level of a new bike or car, or road-going mini tube train. It's an OXO. £20 on eBay, as recommended by a Yank foodie site. Not that they went into whether the handles drop off. I'm presuming you have to pay more than in Sainsbury's and Lakeland to get one that doesn't fall apart. And that despite being OXO, it won't crumble. Baboom tish. The reviews for the Lakeland one, the 1-star ones all say the handles dropped off.

I could only like on here,is there a follow function by any chance? Shirley the diameter of the Cullinder is only critical for the maximum amount of people you are cooking for? Not so on this thread flour. It's possible that EJ is getting crash happy?
If there was only a way to like thank and useful emoji. Perhaps the subscription fee could be increased to allow that?
