Necked some codeine to take the pain away from a torn meniscus then did a gentle 4 mile walk south down the River Tees from Barnard Castle to Egglestone Abbey

Did the brakes on my van this morning, I absolutely love working on bikes but Christ I hate working on cars, they are torture.
