  4. I got up at 3am, showered, got dressed and drove to the airport.

    I'm now in my hotel near lake como and feel absolutely goosed.

  16. M.S.M developed for horses.you can buy it in powder form, from pet supply's. mother in law uses it on her old dogs. started taking it her self a few years back. arthritis almost gone.

    It's been a mostly shit day; traffic was abysmal, had a shit interview for a job (I could tell as I went through the door the guy wasn't gonna offer me the money I wanted, but he offered me so little it was an insult). Then later got the bad news about my knees. And I got a parking ticket:mad:

    But in between those shit bits I met up with Jon3s (350 Desmo thread) who gave me this!

  18. Had consultation today, and all set for surgery week Monday.

    Took the opportunity to finish the cbr hugger while I am still fit enough
