  13. Polished the Speed Triple in readiness for selling it, and washed the Multi. Just going out to clean it properly now, 'twas filthy ! Might even oil the chain as well. :)

    1. been down to D.G. to get bike serviced and new tyres, and got a good deal on a helmet.as always a pleasant experience not that competent a rider to tell the difference. but the t.c light was on more than off? still a bit shaky after my Friday night whiskey sesh to fully enjoy the run up.

  20. I was asked to advise about the wording of a short bill (to be called the Chancel Repairs Bill 2014 - admittedly a dry topic) which Lord Avebury is to introduce into parliament shortly. So today I made some suggestions about the bill and its Explanatory Notes, which I hope may improve them slightly. Very small chance of this bill ever becoming an Act and passing into law, but if it attracts support it may inspire the Ministry of Justice to include a similar provision in the next government bill about land law. Maybe.
