So I've partially fixed my 749, It came with an immobiliser issue now fixed. It also had a TPS earthing issue fixed but no idea how. Tried to start it but the battery was fubared it did turn over but just wouldn't crank fast enough to start. Bought a new battery for it put a full charge in installed it. Pressed the starter button and nothing. Tried a few more times then it started but was revving too high so switched it off. Thought it might be a snagged cable making it rev up so undid the throttle housing and now that's off the bar. Tried to start again and nothing pump primes but engine won't turn over. Could the over rev mean it needs a TPS reset as it fixed itself? Anyone had similar or the same can assist me. Previous owner has fitted Exact Cables. TIA
