If you put your cursor on the http;//www.blah.co line at the top of the screen it turns blue. Then press Ctrl key simultaneously with the c key. Go to the post and press Ctrl and the v key Someone explained that to me once and I've never looked back!
Or press F6 (the address will be highlighted), hold down Ctrl and press the C key (or the Insert button), then in the post Right-Click and select Paste (or hold down Ctrl and press the V button, or hold down the Shift key and press the Insert button). Simples!
