  1. Maybe I’m being a bit slow, but I can’t find my efforts

are you a premium user ?

  2. Not premium.
    On the webpage.
    Top right > My Profile
Scroll down and you'll see "My Stats"

You can perform a comparison to anyone you are following/being followed by.
This is your 100 mile ride against my last 100mile. As you see the metric displayed is the actual time (start-stop) not the moving time.

  3. Thanks, I see now. I have looked at them previously but mot taken much notice. How did you setup the comparison between us ?

if you press refresh stats does it wipe the previous stats ?

  4. Getting cold of an evening now . Lights on for the return leg.

  5. Pick anyone that is following you and the page will refresh with their page and display the comparison bottom right.
    No stats get wiped.

  6. Today five of us cycled the Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance Sportive, starting and finishing at Castle Coombe Race Circuit nr Chippenham.

Got to be honest I found it tough, especially after the climb out of Bathford, which is late on in the route.

    I’ve just enjoyed a pre-dinner snooze.

A great charity, sadly this event was in my opinion undersubscribed, my guess is less than sixty participants.

  7. Well done

Late in the season I'm afraid IMO.

  8. We were probably lucky with the weather today, a bit windy but no rain. I don’t know how they picked the date, possibly a day when there was little else on in the area although many serious athletes were at Thruxton for a Duathlon.

  12. 34 miles today to get me over this weeks target. I’m currently 263 miles ahead of plan, but some kind of winter illness before the years end is almost a certainty.

The big thing was Cheese Soufflé is back on the menu at The Potting shed at Hyde.

  13. Perhaps I should just stick to the tarmac. The back wheel locked solid , luckily I was going slow uphill as usual . Fortunately I just fell over sideways and more importantly no damage to the bike .

  15. Struggling to get out on the road with increased motorcycle training, wife’s bad knee means she has needed support and work. So more time in the dreaded garage.

Yesterday I picked up some new Lake shoes and had my cleats position checked, as suspected the cause of my bad left knee a few weeks ago was a twisted left cleat.

  17. Managed to get my 400 hour year goal done today.

Weather's been rubbish round here for about a fortnight. Little and often while it's like this.

A few 30 to 50 milers keep me spinning the legs

  19. At the minute I'm averaging around 120 mile a week, during the summer months it's more like 150+ miles a week. Both on and off road.

As you know, it's a happy addiction is spinning the pedals

  20. Managing to keep my 50 miles a week target going, although that’s including at least 10 miles a week on the spin bike. I started the 100 mile for Pancreatic Cancer in November challenge. I’m targeting 212 miles and hoping to raise £212 minimum. Lots of Network Rail staff and contractors on my route. Threw in a spot of gravel for a change.
