the Definition of Insanity

  1. I suppose the thing with the iPhone/iPod boxes is so that thieves can pass off their loot as new? Bet it's much harder to steal an iPhone in its original packing.

Or is it so that cheapskates can buy secondhand presents and pretend they're new?

  2. From a purely commercial point of view ( isn't that what E bay is for ) the original post item actually makes perfect sense, or it might do to the right person.

Old toys in original boxes can make much more than the toy alone. So, if you have just the toy this empty box might multiply your money hugely.

  3. I think every one here would agree with you, with collectors item toys and original packaging.....but did you read the description? If it was mint I'd understand ( I personally still wouldn't pay) but the box has so many faults, it would more than likely give the impression that the contents had also been abused and was junk too.

P.S. I still have two of the original empty Fosters cans if your interested......

  4. I've got a genuine Met Plod helmet (the dark blue pointy type) complete with badge which I want dispose of, but Oh No, can't put that on Ebay, can I?

Mind you I wish some b*ggers would buy some of my bl**dy pictures......but on Ebay, I got really silly low bids (no, they aren't cr*p) and was also defrauded big time, so they won't be going on there again.....
