  2. Thanks. That’s the recipe I tried but I think I need to go very much thinner on the pastry and put less custard into each one. I’ll try again soon.

    Confession time :pensive: I had to buy one yesterday after seeing yours. For some reason they’re available across Ireland now as a bake-off product. They’re not too bad actually.
