How to stop a valve falling into the cylinder when removing the closing shim on an old bevel.

 

Messing about with some bent Ohline Front Forks.

Cartridge Service Tool.

Made this from a Kids Scooter (Blindside 360 if anyone is intrested) they are too old for it now.


These are max Dimensions as measured when I got the Cartridge out (to fit in bottom picture).


These are the sizes of the Scooter tube, I bend the tangs out a bit.
