    Hate shopping at the best of times

  8. No sales for me, there is absolutely nothing I am desperate to buy to venture to the shops for the next few days. I need a purpose to go shopping, I can't just 'go into town'. However, like Ducbird and Char, I am happy to browse in the bike shops.

  9. my youngen (9yrs) had some money for christmas and he spent it in his head yesterday just took him to tesco to get what he wanted and we are now looking at fibres and fly wings through a microscope! It's awesome reminds me of the good old days back in science class! It's a pleasure knowing my boy actually doesn't want to spend his christmas pennies of crappy toys!

  12. Went to Wickes this morning got 25% off some tiles, & then spent rest of day tiling the kitchen floor!! Christmas what's that

  18. Anyway SWMBO was back by 9.10am. Two pairs of shoes/ankle boots, each reduced from £90 plus a pair to £12.50 a pair and a dress reduced from £220 to £30. So not a bad mornings fishing :tongue:
