  7. Mileage is very important because that 18,000 mile service will be up to £1000

  8. It's at 8500,so not bad

  9. Looks like a nice one to me ,low miles ,one owner and a few tasteful carbon bits ,and looks to have been well looked after.

  10. Missing the nose fairing and will need belts based on age so some haggling to be had.

  11. The 1200s doesn't come with the nose fairing.

  12. Correct but the stripe versions do, they also come with carbon front mud guard, Ducati tail tidy led indicators

  13. Every day is a school day. ;)

  14. It's 18k or 5 years. I'd be asking what's been done as part of the FSH.

  15. Some of the 18 or 5 is debatable? My 2014 1200S had a little over 5k miles when I bought it. The dealer was going to do EVERYTHING!! Even fork fluid and the Desmo...
I went to the Ducshop here in Marietta GA (Very well respected) and Mark scoffed at the valves and forks after getting a look at my bike. HE said the valves are really tied to mileage not just years.

He said he would do them, but he didn't think it was needed. I received a full service (That he said was needed, including Oil, Clutch, Brakes, Belts etc) Plus 2 new tires and ended up saving money compared to the dealer quote.

Nothing wrong with some dealers. Others Eh. I had read many great things about the Ducshop. People even trailer their bikes from states away for him to work on.

Find someone like that and ask whats needed once you buy what you want.
    BUT!!!!
Forget what I said and get 2K off the price if you can.

    Double
