It seems like the properties of titanium have not prevented it from being a lightweight and reliable material for mainstream manufacturers to use, plus exhaust specialists like Akrapovic have been pumping this stuff out for years without any major issues. Basically, you don’t need a MotoGP budget to have titanium headers, in fact, it’s very popular and reliable.
Those headers looks amazing,so and what did he payed for them? Some other nice parts on it as well. Baby shit yello magnesium alternator cover,fg43 forks with cnc brembo calipers, carbon brake reaction rod,.. nice bike. Henk!!!
Yeah saw the 3 fixing points for the rear brake as well. I'm also looking for a wheel like that as i just bought a real corse swingarm. Any pictures of the this 888 with the fairing on? Henk!!!
Few more pics of bike. Started life as an SP5, now very tuned. The list of mods/upgrades is endless. Still 888cc.
Power chart. For a 28 yr old bike pretty impressive. Even race bikes were only pushing out 125. I’m sure Steve will be along to correct me. Lol
