tonight ive just had a smoothie as i cannot be arsed cooking... i made a load of buttered chicken and lamb rogan josh last night but i cant be arsed eating either... i like a smoothie as i feel healthy for having em.... but i wont be trying the red wine and double cream one again... i feel a lil ill...
