Out on my bike again today bradders for a blast, will try in low gears till rev limiter, and post indicated speeds, even if i just do first and second, should give you an idea to compare to that FS1E you're riding

 

If its any consolation Brad, my 1299 is insanely fast. Makes my old 1198 positively pedestrian. And Ive not even flicked it onto race mode yet. tbh, the thought of race mode scares me a bit on the road.

Now Ive done the throttle mod, the thing just spins up like a whirling dervish on amphetamines.

 

If an officer was to even look- there's nothing to tie that top speed reading to your riding at the time. Now the officer could have an independent reading of course. I wouldn't worry about clearing it, it wouldn't stand up in court.
