Well, im into the 15th year of ownership of my RSV4, taking it to the TT this year....i think its approximately the 10th time ive been on it. I got the cam chain tensioners done last year at AP workshops (beyond my expertise which isnt much) he did a gearbox inspection and valve check at the same time seen as the engine was open....he commented at the time that the engine was "in perfect condition" so its just another weak point thats been closed, and i dont want to be "that guy" whose bike wont start loading on to the ferry...look after your stuff and it will look after you! Did you notice any difference from adding the UR?....i suspect no difference apart from extra piece of mind!
Yes definitely gave the bike 100 more bhp, made beer taste better and the rider more attractive to the opposite sex, even my hair grew back... Genuinely peace of mind and a bit of future proofing was the winner in this case. Enjoy the TT
Yep - pretty well the same for me...id rather spend the money i have on stuff that counts instead of stickers and wraps for example...
