I have an album on here to which I've uploaded many pictures but recently it's not working anymore. The whole format appears to have changed (possibly with site update), the album is still there but now I can't upload any more pics, any ideas?
Is there a size limit on any one album? There doesn't seem to be an issue with uploading photos in general, judging by various threads, so perhaps the issue is confined to Albums. Have you tried uploading to Album Part II?
Don't know if there's a limit or not? But I have created a new album and can't upload to that either - it just doesn't go through the full procedure that it used to and then sits there 'scrolling' as if it's loading something whilst nothing actually happens...
I've experienced the same problem, I even removed photos from my album to see if that would help, but it hasn't. I had a conversation with ET about this and we concluded that the problem must be at my end, but maybe not if others have the same issue.
I've tried deleting pics and even that won't work, not sure if it's a problem my end as I had an issue with opening a link in an email from my Son's uni application (accepting accommodation guarantor agreement) that just wouldn't work from 2 different PCs, but worked fine from my ipad - security/browser settings?? However I tried the album on this site from the ipad though and it was the same non responsive as from the PC?
I've been trying for nearly two weeks but to no avail. I can upload photos to threads as normal but I totally baffled as to why it won't work with my album???
Just created an album but I am unable to upload photos. I just get the processing graphic top-right of the page as if it is uploading data but a quick check of network traffic shows that no data is being sent.
I had problems a few weeks ago using Google Chrome and ended up using Microsoft Edge. I've had no problems uploading pictures with Chrome in the past. Looks like a browser compatibility problem to me.
OK, I'm using Google Chrome but I've just accessed the site via Internet Explorer and upload works OK. So it appears to be a Chrome issue? Not sure why as it was working a while back. As an aside I used to use Internet Explorer but I got a new laptop last year and it was forever crashing on IE so I switched to Chrome which has been fine, until this recent problem. Any IT experts know why Chrome isn't playing?
I neither have been able to upload photos to my album. Tried deleting a few and nothing. Using Google on iPad so will try the safari jobby!
I'll work this out. Might take a couple of weeks as I'm away but it's likely something to do with the backend setting.
@Rob I've just added a new album and uploaded pics to my profile using Firefox on my PC. I also tried to do it on my iPad using Firefox too but that didn't work.
