  1. Boy, you are spending, good on you. :upyeah:
Purely out of curiosity, are you keeping hold of the OE bits to eventually return to stock or are you selling to part fund your purchasing?

  2. Will hopefully get a few in, plus planning a big Europe trip for next year:D Got a feeling it’s going to be a good one:punch:

  3. Your not wrong.... luckily I’m coming to the end with the Ti bolts, just waiting for a few odd big bits to make it move:bucktooth:The rear Oz wheel, EK 3D chain and sprockets from Renthal. I did originally opt for standard pitch and had the rear sprocket ready to go on but then had a moment and decided 520, but also one less on the front was the best option. The OE gearing is well tall and not required. Have bagged and tagged every last nut and bolt/washer and all original components. So yeah definitely would return too stock if I ever sell on. Far more value in the good bits once removed....

  4. Front mudguard bolts turned up today, shallow Torx heads... Proper lovely machining and so so light, along with a 35mm M10 Titanium washer:D image.jpg

  5. Actually added some weight this week:eek: But I’m sure I can find some more parts to remove to offset the balance :innocent:

Still waiting for wheel and drivetrain that should be turning up this week:cool:

Can anyone confirm that changing the gearing -1 on the front has no effect on electronics? Sensors work off the wheel speed right? Some other forums people are say you have to recalibrate in settings? Was under the impression that was purely for tyre size/profile change? parameters for different sizes that would change the rolling diameter of the tyre? :bucktooth:

  6. Looks delicious. What you really need is a CF subframe. Ohhhhh.

  7. I’m tempted knowing how much weight loss would be achieved... The 959 goes on Thursday:confused: and depending on the last few parts going:p The V4 still feels heavy compared too the 959 when it was fully completed. Pretty sure the V4 rear though is considerably lighter than the steel version 959 subframe setup  Having said all that the 959 now it’s back too stock feels heavy compared to the V4:)....

5kg saving on the V4 rear!

  8. Finally got round to installing my lower carbon chain/sprocket guard, Jetprime keyless ignition and a new set of SBS -DS front pads! OE Brembo pads showing 1.3mm after 1200 Miles:eek: Hopefully on the scales sometime next week and see some results. Interesting to know the bias front and rear. She’s still not feeling as light as my old 959o_O...

  10. Your not wrong:joy: gets a proper clean after every ride! 2/3 hours riding= around an hour of cleaning including my gear that is.... only one kind of dirty I like that involves far less time and commitment :joy:

  11. I don’t mean to gush but it just looks fantastic. A real credit to you. I even like to wheels (normally dislike gold wheels). Love it.
