Hey guys I was hoping for some advice. My 899 has been running fine, but on the last two ride outs, I see there is a small coolant drip on the left hand side of the bike. From the tiny drip from the water pump leak off hole. Much as described here https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/very-small-coolant-leak.49406/ It never used to do it, and I've had it for 2 years. I'm wondering if anyone has had success in flushing the coolant system and replacing with new coolant (Engine Ice or Motul)? I've also read that Wetter Water lubricates water pump seals... I know it's a long shot, but chances of success??? Or am I facing a water pump replacement? From what I can tell, there is an updated part number for the water pump, which doesn't have the seal issue? Thanks!
