Lol, if it gets you to and from work and returns stupendous mpg in the process then i can see something like that making sense.
Im using an X-max 250 for a few days whilst my real bike is off the road. There is only really one work that describes it: Transport. No Soul, no character, no fun, but no bus
A bloke I used to work with had a Honda SH300 (I think), now that was a different kettle of fish altogether. It was a small scooter rather than a maxi-scooter, but it went with indecent haste, sitting on the motorway at 80mph no problem and accelerating like buggery. And it had bigger wheels so it felt stable and more like a man bike to ride. I could see the fun in that, and he certainly loved it. Those maxi scooters weigh in at well over 250kg, that's goldwing territory
