I wondered that too. Okay, he’s a slack jawed country yokel but surely he’s not that stupid.

 

I wouldn't say stupid, clearly he's done well for him self. I think it's more culturally uneducated which gives off a lack of intelligence in my opinion. Because he knows bugger all about anything but farming
