  2. yip. looks right. more importantly what do you think of the price?

  3. a little high only because of engine size/year. A 450 or maybe even a 350 would have gone by now but no-one has even made an offer - not even me and i'm just up the road :Angelic:

  4. what you thinking? put a price on it.

  5. hmm, always start low so I can say what would be a 'steal' so is worth 2K all day long for starters (if runs ok etc).

  6. cool. i have no idea what it's worth but 3and a half? seemed a bit steep.

  7. I've put an offer in - got an auto decline :D

  8. Just helping, not bidding against you :Angelic:

  10. mmm.. " right " ,, for what ?

  11. converting into a mean miniature Harley look-a-like? ;)

  12. Nice looking bike. Just read its a 160! Got a mate with a couple of those in bits. I bought one for a laugh in 1980, couldnt sort out the electrics, probably rect/reg and swapped it for a crap guitar amp.

  13. Racing Harleys :)

  14. Apart from the chain cover, and that it's the wrong side ;) it's what a cafe racer should look like

Really liked the look of the ST at the weekend

  15. Corrected for you :upyeah:

  16. I also bought a 160 back in the day. Sweet engine, ran just fine, started very easily.
The generator was so feeble I tried connecting the whole output of the alternator directly to the headlamp, with no voltage control at all; it worked, but pretty dim.

I wouldn't mind one now. But not for £3.5K!

  17. It looks nice, i've always had a soft spot for Bevel singles.

  18. Looks uncomfortable, slow and unreliable! What's not to like....
