Is that like Twmpa (Lord Hereford’s Knob)? https://www.alltrails.com/trail/wales/monmouthshire/lord-herefords-knob
pretty sure i have worked on his vehicles. there aint many in fortbill, let alone Claggin called Maurice. the fella i worked for was a proper Gaelic speaking Teuchter. (i can say that cos i live here) i can still hear his fecking annoying Scalpay accent talking about a Maurice. saying that, the cvnt talked about everybody. and never in a good way.
I might start off with something predictable like: Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven followed by BB King - The Thrill Is Gone, and then something with more life: Lynyrd Skynyrd - Call Me The Breeze. But I would probably not do any of that but go out with some class and:
Me too!!! Comfortably numb Be Still the killers Ava Maria played by Hauser Could change nearer the time
What about the Hokey Cokey? Maybe not at the service but it would be fun at the undertakers putting me in the coffin.
Wish you were here - Pink Floyd We played it at my dads funeral back when I was 21 years old. Funny story, when we went to release his ashes into the sea on his boat, There were 20 of us there and I held my brother who was hanging over the side, as it was a very rough day. He took off the lid and just saw him turn the jar upside down, the wind blew it back into my brothers face. I laughed so hard and asked what Dad tastes like? He said gritty......lol
1. Radar Love - brings back loads of great memories as a 'yoof'; 2. Wish you were here - Pink Floyd; Because it's just brilliant; 3. Alright Now - Free. Brings back VERY good memories.
Bloody hell and I thought I was miserable...... PB I’m disappointed as I’d like to hear your favourite 3 songs!!!
