There are some who know exactly what you're talking about, the rest are just wondering what you've been smoking
Your welcome to take my bike out if you're over here. And as for bumping off the wife (oh sorry you meant me) you can live in ythe houise with her, you wont stay long. shit look at that spelling , thats how nervous I was that you wern't gonna bump her off
Lol! Are you going to Jersey motoring festival in June? I'm in guernsey earlier that week for work then jersey for work and staying on to see what it's like.
I'd like to meet everyone, but seeing as some are rather a long way away (NZDave for instance) I'll stick with those here in blighty to start with, Duke and Pixie, El T, Ducbird, Anth ( where is he by the way, he's been very quite lately), I'd also love to meet Glid and ride some of the roads in Switzerland and also meet up with any Norwegians next time we visit Nicky's family over there! Pete1950 is one to meet in a pub and just listen to his conversations ( he's too clever for me!) and I'm sorry if I've missed any names off, it's not deliberate, I want to meet up with you all and share our love of Duke's!
Anyone and everyone... I like the fact that lots of different people with vastly different experiences and views on life are brought together by a common love of motorcycles. Probably He11cat more than most though - makes me laugh and I reckon is probably a damn good laugh on a night out...
I'd like to meet Mr R so that he could tell me just how many years he's been riding bikes, building engines, going to the TT etc etc, oh hang on he does, every post he makes....:wink:
Met Mr R loads of times. He's a bloody good bloke but somehow, I dunno, doesn't come across exactly as he actually is. Either that or old age has changed him
I'd like to meet Mr R, anyone so forthright who hates Mrs T, who has amongst many special bikes a proper 900SS and has the feel for Ducatis - loads to chat about. Also He11cat as she also makes me laugh, Lucazade because he has staying power and a style of humour like no one else, Arquebus because he can tell us all many stories. Peter James (A Ducati in the Channel Isles?), Speno, CrystalJohn, Glid and many more. I have met a few but mostly from Ducatisti, Ducbird (Ma Larkins, Blip and I both on 748s were right behind you on the ride out), Drinky (George Whites), Kenoir (NEC), Keninsussex (airshow), Chris (Avebury), maybe Bradders (George Whites but I did not realize it at the time) and a few more. The last Ducatisti meet at Ma Larkins there were maybe 130 people on Ducatis, bound to be a few more on here.
Sadly I'm very quiet and a boring old fart!!! I'm actually very shy and blush all the time nothing like people imagine . But these random thoughts just pop up in my head!!! I'm a let down sadly .. Anyone for bingo !!! I love meeting people .. The more the merrier JR45 I'm sure we would get on Arquebus and Chris and Ducbird I'd like to meet... If anybody wanted a cuppa with me I'd be honoured and gobsmacked
If we get to Chedder on Sunday before they've scoffed their chips and gone I'll meet a few then, though I have met Tortuga before at a North Bristol Ducati meet. Met The Budster, AlanP, and Sweetpea, though I think she has a different name on this forum, at Haldon Hill and a few others there but can't remember their names, it was in ducatisti days. don't really mind who I meet from the forum.
