Efficacy is generally littered in my conversation because I'm fed up with questioning the quality of the data I have to analyse and feed upwards to the grown ups. I feel it's more professional then saying the analysis is best on cr&p data that ain't ever going to improve in the current regime. (I don't use regime very often!)
