When I swapped stems for the billet ohlins bottom tree, the stem was a right royal arsehole to remove. Even with the clamps provided. The stem eventually came off, due to heat and much swearing, but it took the thread of the oem bottom tree with it. I'm guessing that this old bottom tree is now effin useless. Or can they be helicoiled?
