Discussion in 'Rideouts & Events' started by Nothingbettertodo, Aug 4, 2014.

  1. Aiming to be at Brookwood cemetery today at 1300 with a couple of others in order to pay respects to those who gave their lives in the Great War.

  2. I will be candle lit this evening and watching All Quiet on the Western Front.
We went to Brooklands yesterday, they had replica WW1 planes flyover and the vehicles for todays parade in London started their journey from there.

  3. I was also there, the bi/tri planes were good, were you on a Duke, parked next to a Zzr?

  4. Yep, twas me. near the entrance. We really enjoyed the day, did the Concord experience and had a good look round. I've been reading up on the Vimy rep which is fantastic but a shame it wasn't kept flying.
