Easy to install

As per pics and brand new in packet unused.

Cost me about £80 last summer, I bought 2 but only installed 1.

Full swivel, and the shackle drops to sit flush with the base when not in use. Come with the fittings (anchor bolt!) just need a 20mm masonry bit to install and a strong bar
