  1. I need one 848 front disc if anyone has one.

  2. Not sure - certainly vexing!

  3. must be useful having bikes side by side to compare to :)

  4. But from an engine view, is ok?

  5. Sure is. I'm rubbish at taking notes or anything that oganised.

  6. Not sure. Some of the old aero engines only had very short straight pipes.

  7. Fiddling with exhaust today.
Need to contact my long suffering welder....Probably blocked my number :Bag:

  8. Out of curiosity and self interest, what are your recommendations, views and experiences over the years with final drive ratios?

  9. stock 1098 for road 15/36, then just down one at front for track works fro me.

  10. Will have to see what i have lurking in the cellar, have a few 996 rears kicking about, but nothing from the later engines for the front. Are they the same fixing as 749 onwards bikes?
    May go 520, thoughts?

  11. Fronts are interchangeable . Running 520 on all my beasties:)

  12. Down one for the road. Or plus 2 rear if easier. Seems to be OK for most tracks too, although both -1/+2 seems how many racers/fast trackdayers have. :)
