One thing I can proudly say I don't have....I tend to do weights and cardio now....last time I checked I was a 35" waist but just over 15st...my mate is a personal trainer and the one thing he said to me is "ignore youre weight, its how your clothes fit..." which is what I tend to do now...
Well, as I say - it keeps me looking normal-ish - most of my weight is in my legs....spent most of my life on skates, ice skates, bmx's, skateboards etc etc and up til a couple of years ago 120 miles a week on a pushbike to work...plus im 46 now so everything I do doesn't make as much difference....I think if I was 20 years younger id look like mr universe but the sad fact is I don't...that's age for you..! A few years back when I did the extreme thing (I was dieting also) at the end of it I kinda looked a bit wirey...more to the point my wifes auntie asked my wife if I was ill as I looked gaunt...anyone else would probably have looked amazing but not me....
I cannot help but feel the outrage experienced of the yoga instructors featured in photographs in this thread. To have their work, their livelihoods, pruriently hi-jacked for the pleasure of some misguided, sexist males (and maybe lesbians, too) ... well, it makes my blood boil.
not looking for them to cook me dinner but one of them might gag on this. .:Angelic: god fin, you need therapy
